Our approach is to consult with our customer to determine their needs and the most effective way of delivering the solution that will achieve their required outcomes.

Business Diagnostic
Before we can determine a solution we need to gather information on where the business is in its own life cycle. We utilise a systematic approach to look at the entire business from sales to succession planning and determine what’s happening, what’s not happening and what could be done better.  It's an opportunity for the business owner to take a step back and have a real look at their business. 

Business Potential Analysis
The BPA is a concise tool that links sales activity with the bottom line and shows how small changes in activity levels can have a dramatic effect on results.  It also identifies the key performance indicators for your business of which you need to keep track.

Business Action Plan
Business plans typically gather dust once they are created. A Business Action Plan is a living document that details where the business wants to be but more importantly how it’s going to get there. All of the team should be involved in the planning process so they develop a ‘buy-in’ into the changes that are invariably required and take responsibility for their contribution to the plan. There are three action plans developed:

  • Marketing Action Plan
  • Operational Action Plan
  • Financial Action Plan

Each plan details the actions, the desired outcomes, who is responsible for each action and when the action is to be completed.  The delivery of the business planning process can be tailored to suit the businesses needs and time constraints.

Project Management
In many cases customers do not possess the resources or time to implement or manage the implementation of the changes.  Project management of all or sections of the business development program is provided to achieve the desired outcomes.  Ongoing communication and progress reporting is essential to keep the customer informed.

Regular Reviews
Regular monitoring of performance keeps a business on track.  We tailor a monthly management reporting package that monitors all key business drivers and assist, where required, in the review process.

Mentoring
Mentoring keeps the business owner responsible and focused on achieving their goals.  Depending on your take, we are your guardian angle or devil on your shoulder who is an integral part of your team.

Seminars & Practice Retreats
A number of the business solutions can be delivered by seminar or group sessions to maximise the effectiveness of the program or reduce the time commitment required by team members. Planning and facilitating annual Practice Retreats allows partners the time and space to work on their business together with their team in a co-operative environment.

Succession Planning
As business owners achieve their financial goals they may wish to take more time away from, or sell the business.  We will assist you create a system based business that will run without you, increasing its value and maximising its attractiveness to potential purchasers.
